Shipping Policy
Each order is subject to product availability. In the event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will reach out to you and you will receive a full refund for any such item(s). Please allow one week for order processing before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. For international orders, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates.

Ariel of Jersey is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping information entered by customer, or for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, and/or damaged during shipment. Any claims related to delayed, lost, stolen and/or damaged packages should be filed through the carrier identified in the shipment tracking information provided to you.

Returns Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us directly at arielofjersey@gmail.com.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

For an item to be eligible for return, the item must be unused and unworn, and in the original condition sent with all original tags and labels still attached and intact. All pre-orders, custom orders, and discounted items are “final sale” and may not be returned or exchanged. Your return must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the item, or your return will not be accepted.  Returned items that meet all conditions for eligibility will receive a full refund, however, shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping, customs & duties, and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error. Refunds will be processed after receipt of the returned item(s).  Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.
When returning, pack the item(s) being returned with care and use the original packaging whenever possible. Please include your packing slip in the return parcel or write your name and order number on a piece of paper for order identification and to ensure proper return credit.

Exchanges

‍We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
